Actually, I found the lock picks in EXACTLY that spot the last 3 times 
I played the game. However, I was wandering around Level 1 (Chaos 
Level) when I realized that I was close to that spot, so I walked 
around to where they should be, but they were NOT there this time. 
I still haven't found them. Maybe there's a GIGGLER that I failed 
to catch.....
