     Help!  I turned on the power supply for the drive this morning, and it
won't power up.  The motor on the drive won't spin.   The only thing that 
happens is it clicks once or twice and the drive light flashes on and off 7
times.  Is this some sort of error code?

   I need to get this drive running again.  It's very important.  Any help
appreciated.
