I need immediate information on a certain problem of a friend of mine:

3 times over the past 2 years he has had a problem with his seagate
hard drive (ST 560 "ST 506?") 20 meg drive.  it comes up with a bad 
sector and he needs it fixed.  What programs do I need to fix it, and
where can I ftp them from, and also what info should I tell him.  I am
planning to meet with him this afternoon (3-6-91) in about 7 hours.

Please email me all pertinent information immediately, and if you have
any other suggestions, (like get another hard drive), please inform on
where to go, the lowest cost, what type, etc...
