I had a similar problem with a few other keys (I'm probably going to get an omnikey keyboard -- some guys across the hall have them and I really like its feel) and this is the solution that my local dealer gave me: 1 Pop the key off with a screw driver 2 Pop the small white cap off (under the key) by pressing the bottom of it in. 3 Press the two small contacts together (apparently they get fatigued after a time) several times. 4 Replace the white cap and the key.
