Are you upgrading from 10.1 to 10.3? Like someone pointed out before, the
10.2/10.3 registry server is not compatible with 10.1. We were lucky by going
to 10.2 rgyd long before 10.3 shows up. However, the 10.3 release notes
doesn't mention this incompatibility at all.
