My internal drive is shot, but I can still get it to load simple, small in size programs. Anything over 8 or 10 lines in lenght, it has problems loading.... But, if I can get a hello program to boot up on the internal, I can then switch to the external drive and load basic programs of any size..... I can't really afford to fix the internal drive (it is shot, most people say that it is about a $200 job), is there anyway to load nonbasic programs like Appleworks on the external? thanks Earl
