Does anybody out there know what the format is for the *.ICN files that the
Resource Construction Sets use?  I am trying to write a little editor to
be able to make my own icons, but can't seem to find any information on this.
I do know the format of the iconblk, but this isn't what the RCS is
looking for.  Hmmmm.
