Has anyone seen a driver and/or utility software for VMS (5.3) that allows
use of a QIC SCSI tape on an MV3100 ? I'd like to be able to read 
a tape generated from a UNIX system with dd, tar, cpio, etc...

Pointers to an ftp site, mail server, "you can't do that", whatever will
be most appreciated.
