No it never did get released.  
Apparently HP called the person who was going to post it and said "you do and
you die" or something to that effect.  An explanation was never given, or at
least never posted, and as far as we know, it is still floating around out there
and it still can't be posted.  I can't figure out why HP wouldn't let someone
post something unless it was actually copyrighted, which I doubt.  
So very odd.
