I am here to tell everyone, at this time I am unable to make my
files avaiable for anonymous FTP.  

However,  If someone wants to donate some disk space and computer time... 
I could maintain the files elsewhere.

For now, I will do my best to keep the files up-to-date on the mailserver
where everyone (including those without FTP access) can reach the files.
