I have drivers for 1024x768x256 for my SpeedSTAR 1meg VGA card for
Windows that should work for you because as far as I know the card uses
the TSENG4000
chipset.  When I setup VPIC, I use Orchid Prodesigner ][ (TSENG4) and it 
works!  I've uploaded the file WIN3TSN4.ZIP to wuarchive.wustl.edu in the
pub/MSDOS_UPLOADS directory.  Hope this helps, and tell me if it works out.
