I read a post a while ago about how to upgrade the Panasonic 1181/1191 printer
buffer and was excited about the simplicity stated in the article.  I went out
and bought the memory chip needed for the upgrade and I spent my whole weekend,
yes, WHOLE WEEKEND, trying to open the printer cover without a success.  Can
anyone tell me how to open a 1191 cover?  I have almost done everything I could
to open it except broke it with a hammer.  I don't know if there is a special
tool to do the job, but I do have some tools like hydraulic jacks, hammer,
circular saw, etc.  Any advice will be appreciated by a desperated person.
