The give technical support and a garentee. They also deal straight with you. You can also pick up alot of different backup devices. Such as the Core International 120/300 meg backup or the Archive backup devices. The Archive Backups use your floppy controller up to 250 meg. And they need a alternate card for above this. Archive also has drivers for different Operating Systems. They also have the Colorado 60/120 meg backup for $249.00. And if you want the fastest drives around, they also got new Ultra Stor Controllers for the ESDI line. With a Micropolis the timing on those drives is 0.3ms!! These controllers need RAM that will cost you though. You can still get the older Ultra Stor w/ 32k buffer. One of them is the 12F. - Greg
