Hello, I'm looking for the latest version (4.0, I think) of 
UUDECODE and UUENCODE for MS-DOS compatible machines.  Does
anyone know where I can anonymous-ftp them from or if there is
a bulletin-board I can download them from?  THey are free-ware.
