Has anyone had any experience with the Sharp PC6220/TI Travelmate 2000/CompuAdd Companion?

I'm looking for a very compact, light-weight 286 laptop/notebook PC, and one from this set 
of triplets would seem to fill the bill.

Recommendations for other machines are welcome.
