The other one -- it was an all-singing all-dancing table layout system: pluggable modules, remote execution of Excel sheets, etc. I am not surprised that they went under - list price was more than MS-Word. >2) Would you buy the above program to use with another word processor? > What other alternatives are available if you run Nisus instead of Word? I did buy it over a year ago. It is quite good at laying out tables. Many of the table features beat the stuff in Word hands down. > >I think it will cost me US$75 plus shipping. There are still bugs in it when you try to do strange things, but I have not upgraded from V1.1.2. Really good at building big tables -- some of the stuff I prepare requires several pages of tables with variable size paragraphs inside each cell. It does pagination, row and column headers on each page, and handles footnotes. I understand the FullWrite Professional 1.5 comes with Tycho, perhaps embedded in it. I would not recommend FWP because of that. >Anxiously awaiting your responses, >Norton Chia || My address is norton@extro.ucc.su.oz.au -- -- * * * Remember: I before E except after DALGL * * *-- Bob Dalgleish bobd@zaphod.UUCP
