MacLayers v1.00 is, at present, the latest and greatest. According
to recent dialogue, the author is unfortunately too busy to address
updates at the moment. Hopefully one day soon ...

The official MacLayers distribution site is rascal.ics.utexas.edu, but
it is also available from sumex, and the Rice University LISTSERV mail
server at ricevm1.rice.edu, among other places.
