Hi.  I was wondering if anybody had a patch or something to get rid of
the "wheel protection" at the beginning of Pool of Radiance.  It gets
really annoying having to access the wheel everytime I boot up.

Also, I seem to have come up with something weird for one of my old 
characters:
	He/she (I forgot which) is an elf fighter/magic-user.  According
 	to the chart on back of one of my manuals, he should be able to 
	go up to the 7th level as a fighter.  He has experience enough
	to go to the next level according to the manual, but cant seem
	to go beyond 5, while my other characters can (but they aren't
	elves - they are half-elves).
Is there a level restriction based on gender? or is the chart wrong or
is this a bug?
