Anyway, I bought a Deskwriter two months before they came out with the Appletalk version. (This is an recurring problem of mine.... I bought a MacII one week before the IIx came out and an SE for my girlfriend a month before they added the HDFD's). So, back to the Deskwriter, is there anyway I can cheaply upgrade to the new version? I recently downloaded the new version of the driver, but it doesn't work with my printer. It gives an error like ('Printer is not responding...') half way through a page and continues to do this. So, is there a new driver for the old printer or will I be up a creek when TrueType comes out? Thanks. -- Darren Garnier darth@athena.mit.edu | Some rise, some fall, garnier@alcvax.pfc.mit.edu | some try to get to Terrapin.
