I'm trying to put together a general Help stack covering the sorts of
problems I get asked every day in my department (ranging from "why
isn't Symbol font printing" to "I can't find that squiggly character I
need" to "I'm having trouble telnetting -- is the network down or just
the nameserver).

There have got to be a number of good Help stacks out there.  If
anyone has or knows of some which I could use for ideas or as a
template (e.g. ones with good navigational scripts) I'd really
appreciate hearing about them and where I can find copies.
