I have been unable to print cards 20 and 21 of a 21 card stack.  I am
printing to a LaserWriter IINT over an ethernet, with an Internet 
router (neither of which I suspect, since the other cards print).  
When printing a stack (or printing individually cards 20 and 21), the
printer blinks (after telling that it is creating fonts), but never
prints or complains.  It blinks forever (nearly)--and doesn't print.
The other cards have them same fonts and grahpics.  Any ideas?  thanks
