How does one tell Word 4.0 for the Macintosh to increment the page
number so, for example, page 4 will be followed by page 6 (without
any page 5 in between)?  Is this possible without inserting any manual
page breaks?  If manual page breaks are necessary, is it possible to
tell Word to insert the page break at the next natural page boundary?
