From what I have seen, it appears that ResEdit 2.x is out there on BBS's
for downloading.  If this is so, then I assume it is Shareware (or along
those lines)?  If this is true, then is there  a place where it can be
found by netters who do not have a local BBS with ResEdit available?

If not, why?
