This is clearly justified.   Fully discussed, well supported.
Please enable the group on your systems when the newgroup message goes out.

In six months or so we can try for comp.sys.unisys again - I'm sure it will
pass next time, if the alt group has been well used in the meantime.
So now its up to those who wanted the group to "use it or loose it".
