Message-ID: <1991Mar4.042445.18069@nntp-server.caltech.edu> Date: 4 Mar 91 04:24:45 GMT References: <1991Mar2.205755.6799@watmath.waterloo.edu> <1991Mar3.002740.406@solo.csci.unt.edu> Sender: news@nntp-server.caltech.edu Organization: California Institute of Technology, Pasadena Lines: 16 The latest version of kermit uses control-] instead of control-\ by default for the escape character. I have uploaded the source and binary (compiled for 2.0) to cs.orst.edu in the pub/next/submissions directory as: kermit5a.165.tar.Z (source), and kermit5a.165.bin20.tar.Z (binary). Those may move to pub/next/sources and pub/next/binaries respectively, eventually. This replaces kermit5a.tar.Z, the 5A(163) binary (incorrectly) in pub/next/sources. Note that the real place to get the source from is watsun.cc.columbia.edu in kermit/sw. However, you need to figure out what you need from there for the NeXT, so I did that and packaged it in kermit5a.165.tar.Z for your compiling pleasure ... Mark Adler madler@pooh.caltech.edu
