* During the Fall of 1990, IMPACT Software Publishing sponsored a software    *
* contest for the NeXT computer.  The top prize of $1000 was then awarded to  *
* Dr. Michael J. Mezzino at the University of Houston - Clear Lake for his    *
* innovative PhaseScope program.  (PhaseScope is featured in the Winter 1991  *
* issue of "NeXT on Campus".)                                                *
