It's NFS facilities are too antiquated even under the recent DYNIX 3.0.17.9 (which is what I have installed right now). It's a pity, because serving file systems is one of the things that Sequent would be very good at. I am thinking about moving to a Public Domain version of NIS if I ever can get my hands on it or Andrew File System. I'm not sure if the latter would run without Mach though. -- Gustav Meglicki, gustav@arp.anu.edu.au, Automated Reasoning Project, RSSS, and Plasma Theory Group, RSPhysS, The Australian National University, G.P.O.
