I'm sure this has been beaten to the ground on this group, but I have here
before me:
 a tandy 1000tl
 an ST225 hard drive
 a generic hard drive controller.  I don't know the make but it's 8-bit,
  has a WDC chipset and some Everex ROMs...(ver 3.92)

now...how do I make this all work nice-like?

I'm not familiar with these machines; I'm doing this for the owner of the
tandy (he's buying my hard disk if I can get it going...)
