Sorry for such a quick post once again.  I've been out of town a few days and
had 264 mail messages awaiting me.  Went through all INFO-TeX things prior to
posting the routine message (subscribes, signoffs, etc. -- about 1.5 hours
worth of stuff).  The data at the end of the routine message were for February,
1991, and not January, 1991.
