I'm sorry to be upping the psuedo-anministrivial bandwidth, but I have
received another request for Bill Cheswick's Permuted index, this time
from somewhere in ``deepest darkest Africa[!]''; WIKNER@nacdh1.nac.ac.za,
and I can't get a direct reply to that address, probably due to my own
inabilities.
 
Anyway, the Cheswick index is SO GOOD, that I'll re post, that to get
one, send e-mail to court@research.att.com and ask for CSTR 145. They'll
be happy to mail copies.
 
also, If you send me a direct message from outside the continental US,
please include a return address path from US internet. I've had the
worst luck...
