Has anyone modified "changebar.sty" for use the the DVIPS driver?  If
so, could you either post a copy, send me a copy, or tell me where I
can otherwise obtain the STY file.

Also, any comments in general about using changebars?  Other
suggestions or solutions?  LaTeX STY files??
