A few years ago I developed a beginning PlainTeX user's guide titled
"TeX Made Easy" (or in a former name "CalTeX"). I've given up trying
to sell it or improve it, but I still get requests. Therefore, if
subscribers to this list would like, I'll post the PlainTeX source
code for this documentation. Send comments "Yes, please post" or "No,
