My A/UX Update Service Agreement is scheduled to expire 6/30/91 so I, of course, went to order an extension/renewal... Lo and behold, I'm told that Apple no longer provides this service! That seems kinda low-end to me... there should be SOME kind of upgrade/ maintenance service available instead of forcing users to shell out major bucks (and paperwork too, especially in the gov't) to buy updates.
