We experience the same problem a previous poster discussed;
under 2.2.1, our archive 2150s hangs at the end of a tape,
and doesn't ask for a new media to be inserted.  

I request here a reply from interactive support (or other
helpful folks at interactive).  Is this a known bug ?
What sort of information would you need to certify this
as a bug ?  (and of course, any chance of getting it fixed ?)
