Does anyone have clues on how to run DEC's motif window manager WITHOUT 
dxsession?  I was told by Ultrix S/W support that the xprompter/dxsession
pair is the only supported way to run mwm.  I am wondering if xdm/mwm would
make a working combo.  If so, how does one use xdm since Ultrix 4.x doesnt
include man pages for xdm (though <BEGIN DEC SLAM> other unsupported X
products have docs).  I am not familiar with xdm at all so any help would
be greatly appreciated.
