VPWIN does not show rotated text and the display is totally unusabel in reduced view. I am yet to get ATM fonts to work with Ventura (inspite of my having applied the 12/90 patch which was supposed to fix it... I do need to try playing with it a bit more. And... VPWin is a dog when it comes to speed. Gem version just blazes compared to the Windows version.
