	I hate to add my two cents worth, when it costs the net a lot more
than $0.02, but about a week or two ago, cica.cica.indiana.edu did have
a rash of *.zip files that were corrupt.  I don't remember their names, but
there were 3 or 4 in the /pub/pc/win3/uploads directory.  I checked out
files in the other directories, and they fine.  Perhaps this is the source
of at least some of the problems people have been reporting.
