How exactly does a person obtain access to and download
files from cica.cica.indiana.edu?  Is this servive acessible
to all of us amateurs who only have a 2400 baud modem and
a 286 machine?
If, using the above equipment, I am unable to access this 
service, please let me know if/where I can access these
programs/files on Compuserve.
