It works. And Windows 3.0 works. I run a Tulip 386SX machine (Phoenix ROM BIOS PLUS Version 1.10 00) with 3 Mb RAM, an IBM Token Ring Adapter and 3+Open network software (enhanced workstation). I have 517 Kb conventional memory available, and there's still 33Kb available for programs to be loaded high. I don't think Qemm 5.11 is overrated.
