I wanted to delete it because I had too little disk space left, and when I used the swapfile program to delete it, and tried to run any DOS based program (including a DOS shell), Windows said that it couldn't find the application (COMMAND.COM I presume). I know that Windows swaps out things to the swapfile for DOS shells, but since I used the swapfile program to delete the swapfile, shouldn't Windows realize that it should be using the temporary swapfile? I have temp setup in my AUTOEXEC.BAT as my ramdisk, which as 2 megs, and there is enough space on my disk (about 4 megs) for windows to create a temporary swap. What is wrong???
