I find the new release of Micrographx DrawPlus useful, and although I have not used MacDraw in several years, as best as I remember it, the Micrographx product is organized and behaves similarly. When I first transitioned (around '87) from MacDraw to Draw-not-yet-Plus, the only problems I had were due to a lack of features in Draw. It has improved a lot in the last few releases.
