Being a Windows programming novice I got the Whitewater Resource Toolkit and the Resource Compiler confused. According to TFM the Resource Compiler is Microsoft's while the Toolkit is Whitewater's (no MS copyright notice is displayed by the Toolkit). --- Barry L.
