Recently I received a DLL which contains about 100 icons.
Separately I received about 100 more icons in .ICO files.
I'd like to know how to put the second 100 icons into a DLL.
I'd also like to know how to extract a .ICO file icon from a DLL.

I know how to "rc" .ICOs into a .RES, but not how to turn that into a
DLL.

Look closely at the return address.  It is nanovx and NOT nanovAx.
