Due to other problems with non-SPARCstation support (i.e., it wouldn't compile)
please disregard the previous oclock++ patches I posted.  A new (complete) set
of patches to the old oclock++.tar.Z is in expo's contrib/oclock++.diffs.  I
have taken the liberty of moving the old oclock++ to oclock++.tar.Z.orig and
replaced it with a new oclock++.tar.Z that successfully compiles and runs on
non-SPARCstation platforms.
