Lines: 12 Nntp-Posting-Host: sunbar.mc.duke.edu Has anyone who is running X11 on suns attempted to use the translucent file system to provide architecture-specific build trees for X11 (as opposed to making a symbolic-link tree)? I haven't put 4.1.1 up yet, but it seems like that would be an excellent use for TFS. Does anyone have any experience with it? (And has anyone thought of a way to use TFS to get around the alternate installation directory problems?)
