Has anyone already typed a set of #defines for mapping Dwt* (names)
to Xm* (names)  (DECWindows name -> motif names)???

This would be the the form:

#define DwtNsensitive XmNsensitive

and

#define DwtToggleButtonCreate XmCreateToggleButton

I'd like to save all the ^&(*$^* typing if someone else has already done 
it... (and they surely have...)
