I want to look at some GIF files on my 3/50, but the xgif program I have
complians about having a need for an 8-plane display.  Unfortunately, I
don't have a 3/60 or Sparc at my disposal.  The least that I would expect I
have to do is to convert it to another format.  Which, what and how?
