I am running HP-UX 7.0 with X11 R3 and Motif 1.0.  I am trying
to run some simple test programs to use the XmformWidget and I
cannot get two widget children of this form widget to be displayed 
at the same time when I attach the widget onto the other.  I cannot even get 
the example of "formtest" from Douglas Young's book from chapter 4 to run 
as illustrated in the book.  

Is this a known bug ? Any suggestion ?
