The President Mr.R.Venkataraman today accepted the resignation of the
union council of ministers and requested the PM Mr.Chandrashekar
to continue in the office until alternative arrangements are made.

A Rashtrapati Bhavan communique said " as regards the other recommendations
of the council of ministers for dissolution of the Lok Sabha, a decision 
would taken  "separetely".
