Rob Pfile asked for a recipe for a sour cream topping recipe for apple
pie.  I use the following recipe with cheese pie, but it should be good
on any fruit pie, too.  Enjoy!

Sour Cream Topping

1 cup sour cream (at room temperature)
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix everything together & serve.
